Stanley Haggermaker
Rental leader

I was born and raised in Limestone County and graduated from West Limestone High School in 1995. While college wasn't for me, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in maintenance, HVAC, and construction through various jobs. This background led me to a career in property management, and real estate eventually became my passion.
I started as a maintenance supervisor in 2012 at a family-owned property management company. I then progressed to assistant property manager and eventually property manager after obtaining my Alabama real estate license in 2021. When that company was sold to a corporate entity, it no longer felt family-oriented, so I decided to join the 256 Realty Leadership team, which has been a great decision. I invite you to learn more about us and see why.
Outside of work, my family is my priority. My wife, Heather, and I have been married for 23 years, and we have four children and two grandchildren. I love spending as much time as I can with them. I've always been a sports enthusiast, especially college football. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing, watching sports, grilling, cooking, or using the smoker while hanging out with family and friends.
